Welcome, and thank you for visiting the newly reconstructed web site of The Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center, Inc.  I hope that you will find the information regarding our Family Health Center, its staff, services, and future goals to be useful.  During the next several months we will be working to improve the web site and provide additional information to you and your family about our “family” of dedicated health care providers and staff, and the current and new programs that we will be offering.

Almost 43 years ago, four VISTA volunteers came to the Newburgh area in response to a need that they saw to help provide basic health care to the many migrant workers and their families in the area.  The organization they created has become The Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center Inc.  Our mission is to provide high quality, comprehensive, primary and preventative health care services in an environment of caring, respect, and dignity.  From our humble beginnings, our Center now provides more than 15,000 adults and children in our region with their comprehensive health care.  Last year, we provided more than 80,000 primary and preventative patient visits.

Family Health Benefit Program

The Prince Edward Island Family Health Benefit helps families with children with the cost of approved prescription drugs. Eligibility is based on family size and the net family income from the previous year.
